Delivery Update - US fulfilment starting

Things are still on track (or to be more accurate - ahead of schedule!) Armageddon is starting to arrive across the world, and for our US backers, we have an exciting update. Do let us know how you find the game when it arrives - we can't wait to hear :)
US/Canada based Backers
With all the various issues now resolved, the warehouse is almost ready to start sending out Armageddon. Fulfilment should begin end of this week. This means you should be receiving Armageddon in the next 1-4 weeks!
The Plague Inc. base games have now all been dispatched (separately as previously discussed) and backers should receive them in 0-3 weeks.
EU / Rest of World Backers
As we mentioned in the previous post, Armageddon is in the process of being shipped, and we’re hoping that all of the games will be with you within 0-3 weeks.
If applicable, you should get both the base game and the expansion together.
Green vs Orange Player Clarification
The fifth player colour for Armageddon is orange. Armageddon doesn't include any green pieces or green disease slides. (we had a few questions about it!)
In the collector edition, we have provided a green Secure Pathogen Containment Facility (storage box) as a bonus. This can be used as a spare or for green tokens if you got them from the original Kickstarter back in 2016. We will also be providing a digital copy of the disease slides in Green for backers of the original game. However, to be clear - you don't need these - you can use the new orange pieces/slides you get as part of Armageddon.
Companion app update
We are currently hard at work updating the companion app to support Armageddon. Will share more info in the next few weeks but shipping Armageddon early messed up our timing here a bit :P A problem of success though!

Delivery Update - Armageddon has been found in the US!

I'm relieved to say that Armageddon is back on track! More info below.
US/Canada backers
We have some great news! The pallets holding Armageddon that were lost have been found in the delivery depot. Turns out the delivery company didn't actually deliver them despite saying they did and having a signature on the paperwork...
The games have now been correctly delivered to the warehouse and are being processed. This will take up to 2 weeks - and then we can start shipping them out. (we have asked Blackbox to speed things up as much as possible but a lot of these processes are quite rigid). This means if you are in the US / Canada - you should expect to receive your games in 2-5 weeks. (still within the original time estimate!)
A reminder from last time - if you ordered both Plague Inc: The Board Game and Plague Inc: Armageddon- , we are now shipping them separately to speed things up. The base game is currently shipping out (and will arrive in Amazon boxes) to help keep you occupied until Armageddon arrives.

Here is the latest news regarding how and when you will get your game/s. A mixture of good and frustrating news to share here depending on where you live.
US/Canada-based backers
Shipment of Armageddon has been delayed as the warehouse has currently lost track of the pallets inside the warehouse… Very frustrating but Blackbox have told us they hope the games will be located this week. Will keep you posted - we are doing everything we can to move things along on our end. On the positive side, our decision to incur extra expense air-shipping the games over means we have more wriggle room here.
Backers who have ordered both Armageddon and the base game (Plague Inc: The Board Game) should now expect two separate deliveries. Because of the above delay, we are going to ship the base game to backers separately - that way you will still be able to play while you wait for Armageddon to arrive! If your reward includes the base game - you should expect to receive the base game in 0-3 weeks. (It will come in a box from Amazon)

Armageddon arrives in the US and UK

Some exciting news: copies of the Kickstarter and Collector’s Editions of Plague Inc: Armageddon have now landed in the US and UK and are being received by the warehouses.
The eagle-eyed of you might have noticed that this is earlier than expected. This is because we ended up flying the games over from China instead of shipping them via ocean freight. Ocean shipping would have been cheaper, but we wanted to make up for some lost time during the manufacturing process to make extra sure that you got your games in good time for the holiday period (note: a particularly hot and humid summer in China slowed down assembly).
So when will you get your game? We’re told that from this point it can take between 1-3 weeks before they are posted out. We’ll update you with more concrete information soon, but currently it looks like everyone should receive their games by the end of October (though this could change!!!).

As we are so close to having the games sent out, it is incredibly important that you have confirmed your address and that everything is up to date with your order. You will have received an email last week confirming the address we hold for you - if it is not correct - you must let us know!
Also, if you are moving house in the next few weeks or might not be around to receive a parcel - let us know and we will put your order on hold until you ask us to ship it.
Making Armageddon - factory photos
We asked Panda GM (the company who manufacture the game for us) to take a few photos of the expansion being put together at the factory to share with you. Here are the games being born!

IMPORTANT | Final Chance to Change Address!

As the process of Armageddon continues, we’re getting closer to the game being sent out. We currently expect the games to ship in October (but this might change) As part of this, it is really important that we have your correct and final address otherwise there will be issues getting you your game.
You will have given us your address via the Backerkit survey. There is still time to adjust / change this address if you need to but we will be locking down addresses next week.
If you let us know about any issues with your address or alter your order at any time over this week, it shouldn’t affect your delivery. By next week, addresses will be finalized and you will not be able to make any changes.
