Hello Armageddon Acolytes!
Now that the retail version of Armageddon is available to purchase on Amazon, it’s time for us to take a moment to consider how the Kickstarter has gone...
What did you think of our Kickstarter campaign?
Firstly - I want to get your opinion on how our Kickstarter campaign went. Feedback from the community has always been a hugely important aspect of bringing the board game to life for me, so think of this as you giving me a report card so I know what went well and what you might want to be done differently in the future.
We're incredibly happy with the way that the retail launch has been going. Lots of you have been getting copies of the game and it's really exciting to be thinking of people playing together with their family and friends.
Your support and feedback so far have been incredibly positive which also makes a huge difference. Reviews on Amazon are mega important - I would really appreciate it if you could head over to Amazon and leave us a review. Also if you haven’t already, please consider giving us a review over on Board Game Geek - every one helps!

Future Plans
We're going to continue considering future expansions for the board game and do what we can to spread Armageddon far and wide. If you have any suggestions or ideas for these expansions, do let us know!

Armageddon is beginning to ooze out into the retail market now in the US and UK now which an extremely exciting/nervous time for me. (If it does well - I get to make lots more expansions for the game!) It is available now on Amazon and will available for your local board game shop to stock soon.

Companion App Updated - New Armageddon features added!

We’ve some good news for users of the Plague Inc: The Board Game Companion App: It’s just been updated! While our fulfilment partners have been busy getting your copies of Armageddon out to you, we’ve been tinkering with the Companion App to make sure it’s ready for all the new expansion’s features.
This app is designed to help people quickly set up and play the board game as well as enhance the overall experience by helping record/save game scores and more...
Here’s the full changelog detailing all the new features added:
Support for the two new Armageddon disease types (Fungus and Bioweapon)
New Digital Death Dice roller - Give your arms a rest and let the app roll the dice for you! (JV note - I'm really excited about this!)
Plague Inc: Armageddon Rulebook added
Additional tutorial video for Plague Inc: Armageddon added
End Score Tracker improvements (including high scoring options)
Plague Inc: Armageddon End Game Bonus scoring features added
Green Armageddon disease slides now available

Delivery Update and Retail plans

Things are going well - in short - we have now shipped the vast majority of games to backers. Everyone in Wave 1 has had their game shipped and should receive it in 0-3 weeks. We will shortly begin shipping Wave 2.
For backers in US
After a bit of drama with the expansions being lost in a giant warehouse for a while, things are on track and people are starting to receive their copies. Everyone should have received them within 2 weeks.
Reminder: Copies of the base game (Plague Inc: The Board Game) will be arriving separately from the expansion.
For backers in Canada
People are starting to receive copies of Armageddon. Everyone should have received them within 3 weeks.
Reminder: Copies of the base game (Plague Inc: The Board Game) will be arriving separately from the expansion. The Base Game is expected to arrive slightly after Armageddon - hopefully within a week.
For backers in EU and RoW
Everything has now shipped and people are already receiving them! Everyone should have received them within 2 weeks.
Backer Wave 2 preparations
We're preparing a second much smaller wave of fulfilment for the few people who confirmed their order after initial fulfilment had already begun, or for those of you who have asked us to hold onto your orders for any particular reason (moving house, etc.). We should have more news on this soon!
Retail Plans
After a brief adventure in American customs (who knew a box with 'Plague' written on it would cause problems? ;)), the retail versions of Armageddon are now on their way to our warehouse partners in the US. We’re waiting to make sure that backers get their games before we put the retail version on sale, but this should hit Amazon etc before the holiday period. For a short time, it is possible to pre-order the retail version of Armageddon here
